| A 10-Day Orientation & Induction programme was conducted at Hyderabad, for the newly recruited Executives from 21st to 30th July 2022. The programme was inaugurated by Ms. Tripti Patra Ghosh, CMD, SPMCIL, along with Shri. S.K. Sinha Director (HR). The programme was very successful and promoted a holistic learning on the functioning and processes of various business verticals, giving a bird eye view of the whole organization. This programme also aimed at mental and emotional integration equipping the young executives with the requisite knowledge, skills, attitude and support needed for day to day working. The Orientation programme concluded on 30.07.2022. Shri Ajay Agarwal, Director (Finance), SPMCIL, addressed the participants during the valedictory session and gave away the Tree certificates. |
