The programme was inaugurated by Ms. Tripti Patra Ghosh, CMD, SPMCIL, along with Shri. S.K. Sinha Director (HR).<br>The programme was very successful and promoted a holistic learning on the functioning and processes of various business verticals, giving a bird eye view of the whole organization. This programme also aimed at mental and emotional integration equipping the young executives with the requisite knowledge, skills, attitude and support needed for day to day working.<br>The Orientation programme concluded on 30.07.2022.
